Disney Day 2

Yes, these are from our Disney trip back in May! I've been slacker. Day 2 started out at Goofy's Kitchen. I really like the character meals because we could just sit there and wait for the characters to come up to us, although Goofy's kichen was my least fav.

It's A Small World! Izzy's first Disney ride!

Cori made this face on pretty much every ride. I don't know if she was scared, or in awe.

Izzy wasn't scared at all. She loved it!

Face painting after visiting the princesses.

Waiting for the parade to start. Izzy loved the parade, we went 2 nights in a row.

Cori dancing in the parade. She was so funny and would not let go of the girls hand. She always like to have the attention of adults that she doesn't know very well, like her swim teacher and Izzy's school teachers.

These 2 really made the parade special for Izzy. Both nights they would come up and talk to her, bring all the characters over to see her and just give her lots of attention. Especially the guy. I think Izzy had a crush ;)

Disneyland Day 1!!!!

Thanks to Make-a-Wish we were able to spend a week at Disneyland! The girls both had so much fun but it was super special for Isabel. She absolutely loved all the rides she could on, watching the shows and parades, and meeting all the princesses and characters. She did really well and was able to spend a lot of time out and about at the parks. We are just so happy that Isabel had such a great time!
Cori enjoying her fancy drink in the fancy car.
We were picked up from our house in a limo on Saturday morning and driven all the way to Disneyland! It was nice that Francisco was able to relax and enjoy the ride with us instead of having to drive.
Our set-up in the limo. Isabel loved the ride and there were even a few tears shed when we got out. I think she is ready to trade in her van!

After we got settled in our room we headed over to California Adventures. The girls met Brother Bear, who I thought was a little scarey but the girls liked him.

Then we went on King Triton's carousel.

Isabel loves carousels!

All the girls waiting to see the Bug's Life show. We are so glad my mom and sister were able to go on the trip with us. They were a big help and it was just fun to spend time with them.

After the show we ran into Mickey Mouse! The first of many times.
Day 1 was a short day at the park before we headed off to bed to rest up for Disneyland!

Fun with the Felix's Part 2

Saturday we met up with the Felix's again and headed to the beach. We got some cute pics of our cute girls in their cute matching swimsuits.
We love these two girls! So sweet.

Cute little Lexa.

Little Miss Attitude hated the sand that day, she was not a happy camper.

Enjoying the view.

Happy with cookies.

Awesome day!!

Fun with the Felix's

We had a fun weekend with our friends that were in town from AZ. We went to SeaWorld on Friday and the kids had a lot of fun. Me and Izzy excited to see Shamu.
Cori and her boyfriend, Jacob. They were so cute. Jacob always wanted to sit by Cori and was keeping her in check. When we were eating dinner later that night Cori was messing around in the restaurant and Jacob firmly told her "this is not some kind of playground"! She just thought he was pretty funny and was enjoying all of his attention.

Isabel and her best friend Alexa. We were so excited to see her! She was in the PICU for 5 weeks not too long ago and we are so glad she was able to get out and do something fun with us. She got pretty tired at SeaWorld and missed Shamu :(

We got to meet Cookie Monster and Elmo!!! Cori LOVED them!

Isabel thought were cool, but demanded to see Abby Cadabby next time!

We love SeaWorld!

Next time I need to remember to take some pics of the adults :)

aquarium

she didn't want to touch......just look very closely!

cori would look into the tanks where there was a huge fish or a crocodile or a lobster and point to "a rock!", or "another rock!", or a little tiny "fishie!". it was too funny

isabel really had fun watching the sharks and was so excited to see the penguins that she started crying when we didn't walk over to them right away.

these lobsters were huge and looked like aliens!
