Beep Beep!

Coralie got this little car for Christmas and Isabel has been watching her play with it the last few days so I decided to let Izzy try it out. She loved it!

Happy Birthday Isabel!

Happy 3rd Birthday to our little Isabel! Three years ago we could never have imagined what our lives would be like with our little girl. It's definitely not what we expected but we wouldn't change anything! We are so blessed to be her parents. She is such a special girl....so sweet, loving, and patient. She has taught us so much about what's really important. Every birthday we have to celebrate with her is truly a gift. We didn't know if she would make it to one...and here she is three years old! I have no doubt that she will be around for many more birthdays to come. We are so grateful to our Heavenly Father for watching over her everyday and for each day that we have to be with her. We love you Isabel!

Flowers

Our sweet husband and daddy sent us flowers today to tell us that he missed us. He is in Yuma working while we are staying with my mom since Izzy has been sick. We love our flowers, they are beautiful!

Santa and Friends

Logan, Jacob, Alexa, Coralie, Isabel

We met some friends at the mall today to take pictures with Santa! This was the first chance we have had to hang out with Logan and Alexa (who both have SMA type 1 like Isabel) and their families.

Logan and Isabel had fun watching a movie while we all ate lunch. They are too cute! After we ate we all went to build a bear and made some adorable Christmas animals. Isabel made a penguin elf and Coralie made a moose.

Isabel did not want to take a nap when we got home, she wanted to stare at the doll that Alexa gave her. It is a cabbage patch baby named Izabella and Coralie got one named Cora. Cute!

Cori didn't want to take a nap either (surprise surprise!) she wanted to stare out the window and watch some kids play!

B4SMA

Isabel got this beautiful blanket from an organization called B4SMA (Blankets for SMA Kids). The blankets are made by MJ who has SMA type 1 and her caregiver Brenda. MJ is amazing. She is 20 years old and a junior in college. Anyone who knows anything about SMA knows this is amazing! We are so grateful to her for contacting us and sending this cuddly blanket to Isabel. She is truely an angel!
