Happy Birthday Coralie!

It's incredible how fast our little Corabear has grown up! She is already 1 year old! This little girl has certainly changed our lives and we are so happy she is our daughter. She is quite the little firecracker, when she is happy she is really happy.....but when she is mad watch out! She is our little drama queen and can be sooooo fiesty some times (when I tell her no she yells at me and tries to hit me! She is only a year old, where did she learn this!?!) but she can also be so cute and funny. She loves to give us huge cheesy smiles and will laugh at almost anything. She is changing so much everyday and even though we are terrified thinking about this girl becoming a teenager someday, we are excited to watch her grow into a beautiful little girl. Happy Birthday Coralie Mae! We love you!

Happy!

That is how I am feeling today because Coralie has officially gone 36 hours with out throwing up for the first time in a whole week! We had seven days of yuckiness, tons of laundry, and a sick little girl laying around looking sad. It was crazy and no fun at all. Today she is back to her old self.....just a little skinnier! She is feeling better just in time for her 1st birthday on saturday! Woo hoo!

Sicky

My poor little Cora bear caught a bad stomach bug and has been throwing up non stop the last 24 hours! And it's not baby throw up anymore, it's real icky little kid throw up. She ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room with her daddy so he would be able to hear when she started getting sick and hopefully avoid some of the mess.

Today she has just been lounging around looking at books and watching movies....and still getting sick. She hasn't eaten anything since yesterday afternoon and has barely been able to keep fluids down:( Tomorrow we are off to the doctor. I have done about 5 loads of icky laundry and am really praying she feels better soon!

Valentine's Day

We had a fun and relaxing Valentine's day yesterday. Unfortunately I accidentally deleted all but one of my pics from the day :( so all I have left are these two videos and one picture of our yummy heart shaped strawberry muffins that we had for breakfast. The girls both got a new Elmo doll to add to our collection (I think we have about 10!) along with a balloon and card from mommy and daddy. Francisco and I cheated this year and picked out our own gifts!

Our little bear is starting to walk like crazy! She does it all by herself now and will pretty much walk all the way across the room!

Obsession

Coralie has been obsessed with this little spatula the last few days. She crawls, walks and plays with it hanging out of her mouth like this! She is a silly little girl :)

Tired girls!

Isabel had an appointment the other day and both girls fell asleep on the 10 minute drive home! This was the 1st time Coralie got to ride facing forward (I know she's not quite old enough but she is more than big enough!). Also this is the our new van....new to us anyway! It's a giant Dodge Ram conversion van. In a few weeks we are going to have a wheelchair lift and tiedowns installed so Isabel doesn't have to move from her wheelchair to her car seat anymore....and we don't have to break our backs. She is getting big!

Playhouse fun

Last night while Francisco was at work the girls and I broke out their new little playhouse. It is just a little fold up one but it is pretty cute. The girls loved it and we had fun sitting inside and having a tea party.
Isabel loved the little curtains.

Isabel was laying down inside the playhouse so there wasn't a lot of room for Cori, but she didn't care. She was having fun playing peek-a-boo through the little window and door.
