Isabel started Little League about a month ago! She's in the challenger division, which is for kids with special needs. She loves it! The other kids on her team are so sweet and really love to help Isabel. She usually has a little entourage of 3 or 4 kids standing right next to her in the field. There's one little boy that will run to get a ball and then run all the way back just to give it to Isabel so she can throw it instead of throwing it himself. It's so cute. She's been to 2 games so far and a few practices and she really loves it!
My cute ball player. I really love going to her games and cheering for her! It makes me so happy to see her getting out and doing things that "regular" kids get to do. She is such a sweet and patient girl. She never gets mad that we have to help her do things, she just enjoys it.
